Refund and Return Policy

General Terms

Cancellations, refunds, and replacements are at the sole discretion of SATSHA GIFTS.

All requests will only be processed after one-to-one email communication with the customer who placed the order on our website.

Offers, discounts, packs, special rates, shipping times, processing times, and products displayed on www.satsha.in are applicable only for online orders. They are not valid in our retail outlets.

Order Cancellations

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled within this time.

Orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.

Can I cancel part of an order?

No. Orders can only be cancelled in full.

Processing time for cancellations

Cancellation requests will be processed within 1โ€“2 business days.

Refunds will be initiated within 3โ€“4 business days after cancellation is approved.

Refunds will be processed only after we receive cancelled items back from the courier (if applicable).

Refunds

Refunds are issued only via bank deposit to a nationalised (Indian-based) bank account.

This applies to all customers, including international payments made via Razorpay/PayPal.

Refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days after receiving bank details.

Refund Conditions

After Delivery: Refunds are issued only for the product value. Shipping and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

After Dispatch but Before Delivery: Refunds are issued only for the product value. Shipping and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Before Dispatch: Full refund including product value, shipping charges, and payment gateway charges.

Damages & Claims

SATSHA GIFTS follows strict safety and packaging procedures. However, damages may occur due to transit/manhandling.

We are not responsible for damages caused during transit or due to negligence, misuse, or improper handling.

No refunds will be issued under such conditions.

Returns Process

Customers must record a video of the unpacking of their order.

This video is mandatory to verify the condition of the product.

Without this video, return requests may be rejected.

Non-Entertainment of Returns

As we stock and manufacture certain products, we do not entertain general returns as offered on other e-commerce portals.

Replacements are accepted under the following terms:

Request must be raised within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Customer must bear shipping costs for both sending and receiving replacements.

Tracking information must be shared with support@satsha.in along with the order reference number.

Shipping costs already incurred are non-refundable.
